If you wish to terminate this agreement or your InfinityHost UK account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Site. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us.
Waiver and Severability: The failure of InfinityHost UK to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
